Valentine's Day can bring a whirlwind of emotions for many of us. Luckily, Valentine's Day 2021 brought a rendition of one of our favorite emo love songs by some of our favorite artists right now.
On February 14th, Tori Gasper and Jade RIch of Fox Teeth teamed up and put out a cover of “The Only Exception” by Paramore off of the band's 2009 album "Brand New Eyes". The song is available now for streaming exclusively on Gasper’s Bandcamp.
The track starts off with Gasper doing vocals for the verses while Rich strums along on their guitar. The two then come together to sing the choruses and harmonize with one another throughout, sounding especially beautiful on the bridge.
Overall, Tori Gasper and Fox Teeth’s cover of “The Only Exception” has a lovely, tender feeling to it. If you're looking for a refreshing take on an emo kid's favorite love song, this is the cover for you!
