Following a series of singles and albums released over the course of this year, Underking is releasing their latest single, titled “Dragon Of The West.”
The song begins with some pretty catchy guitar riffs before keys, hard-hitting drums, and additional guitars kick in and finish the intro. Once the vocals initially come in, the instrumentals take a step back and the song gets softer for a bit, showing off the intriguing vocals and the good melodies they deliver.
The heavier instrumentation returns for a huge chorus, which is also pretty catchy, and the vocals put on a strong performance in the bridge, followed by a guitar solo before the chorus comes back in and orchestral instrumentals end the song perfectly.
From the dynamic instrumentation to the memorable melodies and the overall emotion conveyed through these performances, “Dragon Of The West” is a solid ballad from Underking.
